Safety Guidelines & Procedures
It is our priority to make sure that our guests, staff and our community are safe from the threat of COVID-19 and all it’s variants.
While the pandemic of Covid-19 seems to be in the past, there are still variant strains of the virus that continue to arise along with other viruses such as RSV and flu. Due to the nature of the these ongoing viruses, the Casablanca Motel continues to monitor and maintain our clean, comfortable, safe, friendly and relaxed environment you have come to expect.
We continue to follow the guidelines from the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s (ALHA) Safe Stay initiative which was designed to implement behaviors and standards to ensure both guests and employees are confident in the cleanliness and safety of our property. In addition, we adopted the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s protocol and implemented additional steps provided by the State of Vermont’s Health Department Guidelines.
Be assured that :
All employees have received COVID-19 safety and facilities sanitation protocols training
All employees have been fully vaccinated
All employees will be asked to stay home if they feel sick
Our latests mandates:
At the present time there are NO mandates issued by the CDC or State of Vermont. Travel between states and countries is business as usual.

From doorknobs to toilet handles, all surfaces on your porch and in your cabin will be sanitized prior to your arrival.
While daily housekeeping will no longer be provided, fresh towels, linens & amenities will always be available upon your request.
What has NOT changed :
Diane and Linda are still here to welcome you, provide advice, tourist information and suggestions on what to do and see in our area.
Our cabins have ALWAYS provided you with the opportunity to social distance. They are clean, cozy, comfortable and reasonably priced.
Our 10 cabins and 3 acres of grounds still provide a unique Vermont experience for your small wedding, reunion or other gatherings.-Ask us about hosting your special event here! (we will adhere to current VT regulations on sizes of gatherings for any event on our grounds)
Our grounds still provide the opportunity to relax and unwind, play lawn games, check out our gardens and enjoy a BBQ or fire pit. Remember we have free wifi throughout the property for our guests.
Our porches offer you the opportunity to enjoy nature and spot the many variety of birds that visit our property.
As always, linens and towels and cabins will continue to be cleaned in accordance to CDC guidelines.
Our game cabinet is stocked with outdoor games and bbq equipment for you and your family to enjoy. Cards and board games are available in the screened and lit gazebo as well.
We are still one mile away from the center of town where you will find world class outlet shopping, independent boutiques, and eclectic dining.
Outdoor activities located minutes from your doorstep still abound.
