Casual & Special Occasion Restaurants: Manchester and the Mountains boasts an endless selection of dining options for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. Farm to table menus are available, featuring seasonal produce, locally-raised meats and handcrafted cheeses. There’s something for everyone! From sandwiches and sushi to go, to eclectic Thai cuisine and Yankee fare we are happy to steer you to whatever your palate desires.  If traveling on a busy weekend or holiday, we strongly suggest to MAKE RESERVATIONS prior to arriving in town.  Wait times due to limited staffing can be quite long and reservations fill up fast.

Vermont Spirits & Craft Brews:   The Shires of Vermont is home to Harvest Brewery, Madison Brewery,   Village Garage Distillery  and “Spirits of Old Bennington”  which both feature  locally made gin, rum and other small batch whiskey’s.  Sample from the makers, or plan on stopping by The Crooked Ram in Manchester for beers on tap along with small bites or if in Bennington, check out  the 421 Craft Bar & Kitchen.
Manchester Beverage Warehouse has a great variety of Vermont brews, spirits and is an 802 Liquor Outlet.

Chocolate, Chocolate and more Chocolate:
There’s always room for chocolate! While here be sure to visit Mother Myrick’s, The Chocolatorium, the Village Chocolate Shoppe and the Chocolate Barn to satisfy your sweet tooth.

VERMONT Liquid Gold: No trip to Vermont is complete without taking home some pure Vermont Maple Syrup from any of our local producers.  Our office gift shop features products from Bob’s Maple Shop, Blow Hill Maple, Woods Family Maple and Butternut Mountain Maple Candy.
